Taste of Fort Collins 2011

This past weekend was the annual Taste of Fort Collins in Old Town, and boy was it a hot and fun weekend. So many people attended, and it was a great pleasure to meet so many new wonderful customers! I love going to shows because seeing all the positive, wonderful reactions people have to the jewelry makes it all worth while. Seeing a customer put on a piece of my jewelry and just light up because it is so them is the reason I love making jewelry. So thank you to all my amazing customers!! I could not do it without you!

Third Eye Blind (one of my FAV 90s bands) headlined on Saturday- aaaahhhmaazing.

I also wanted to send out a very special *thank you* to my incredible friends and family who came out to support my work. Many of you bought items, helped me watch the booth when I needed to get food or a moment away, sat with me and entertained me as well as the customers, and stayed by my side with unconditional support the entire time (even if you were there for 5 minutes or the whole weekend- each moment you helped support me means the world!!) SO thank you dearly to my darling friends and family- you guys all rock, and I would not be where I am today without you. <3

being southern is a state of mind..

Hello dear blog readers, if any of you still check that is! I am so sorry for my absence from cyberspace. I have moved twice in the past two months, and Jennifer Cervelli Jewelry has been busy attending shows and traveling the nation!

Summer time is most definitely my favorite time of the year, I love hot sunshine filled days! In May, I attended the Austin Renegade Craft Fair, which was an amazing fun filled weekend! Austin will always be a dear place in my heart, many of my most loved friends live there, and quite frankly, Austin just rocks as a city. I went to Austin with lots of new designs inspired by the Great State.

After Austin, I went to the Big Easy! One of my favorite cities in this nation, New Orleans continues to shine in beauty and luxury every time I visit. My love for the South was renewed and made stronger than ever. I went as a guest to one of the most gorgeous weddings I have ever seen- the couple was warm and wonderfully in love. The ceremony was touching and sweet, and the reception was like a dream - on a restored, absolutely gorgeous plantation home in Natchez, Mississippi. Ah what a weekend. . .
